It "works" however falls back to software rendering, icons dont seem to load in some places (fixed), and the application starts in light mode. Calling it WIP unless no one cares to solve these issues right now.

The light mode issue isnt really an issue, it can probably be fixed by passing the appropriate host system configs but its dev mode so its not really important. This may even not matter later as custom themes and theme settings will eventually be implemented.

The other issue is that the mesa drivers dont seem to load. This will require more digging. This isnt a huge issue, it just means the webview is software rendered, which also isnt a huge issue since Horizon is super lightweight anyway. Plus its dev mode so no one cares tbh.
