Anything the monitoring service notices needs to be alerted to channels and members.

Both (Channels / Workspace members)

  • Auto incident create (monitor down)
  • Auto incident monitoring (monitor recovering)
  • Auto incident investigating (monitor failing)
  • Auto incident resolve (monitor up)

Channels

Workspace members setup maintenance events so only channels needs to be alerted.

  • Event in progress
  • Event completed
