Make it easier to move between Katarogu instances with the ability to export and import user data.

The list of data that can be exported and imported are:

User Profile (Avatar, Banner, Username (if it's available), and Display Name)
Privacy Settings
Manga List (Custom not included)
Anime List (Custom not included)

Other data will be added as features are implemented.
